This includes, without limitation, data loss caused by synchronization errors, software bugs, defects, negligence, third-party platform failures, security breaches, account termination, or any other cause. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF ALL YOUR DATA. We have no obligation to recover, restore, or replace any lost data under any circumstances.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those platforms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft, Apple, and any other connected services.

11. Your Choices

You may disconnect third-party accounts from the Service at any time through the app settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, though we are not obligated to honor such requests except as required by applicable law. Disconnecting or deleting your account does not: (a) retroactively remove data already synchronized to third-party platforms; (b) remove data we are required or permitted to retain; or (c) remove data we choose to retain in our sole discretion for business purposes.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Porter County, Indiana.
